Powers: Ice based abilities, chaos energized power, can give life-source to others to help heal them, but is incapable of healing self. Capable of destroying large areas/materials when in her chaotic-shell(chaos energy 'form' - [link]) state, but this procedure feeds heavily off her life-source.

Her role as a Legend:
Luna is a legendary race known as an 'Sapphiran Princess'. They are respectively chaos beings containing small traces of Mobian parentage, with a blood flow of pure balanced chaos energy that helps keep them in touch with the current state of other emeralds. Their role is not that of a guardian or protector, but more like that of a healer for these gems, their duty to keep them from corruption. A Sapphiran Princess comes around every 500 years, lives for 500 years, and produces the next generation of their kind (child) on the 500th year; before their death. The offspring takes on the form ("species") of their Sire (father), and then stays in a suspended state for 200 years before it "comes to life". During this state, it is assumed that the Sapphiran Princess disappeared, and this fact gives way to the specie's rarity. I'd say more on how the race was created, but I want to save that for one of my comic's plotlines. Luna was born to a full-blood hedgehog father (who was a Prince of the dark ages), and a Sapphiran Princess (mother) in a form of a hedgehog. Unfortunately, due to an accident that caused a mutation before birth, Luna, while born looking like a hedgehog and containing true hedgehog blood, as normal for a "SP"; had chaos energy fused into all her veins at an abnormal scale, allowing the energy to take control over her form at any unstable or weak moment. Respectively then, she is therefore part hedgehog, and part (chaos) energy.

Her role as Princess of Skyline Kingdom:
Bloodline passed-down role, given to her by her late father of the dark ages, shown through ancient written scripts kept in the royal family vault for centuries.
